- Please note that Medical insurance plans without vision coverage (like a separate VSP or Spectera rider) do not cover refraction services for glasses or contact lens prescriptions. This service would be a separate out-of-pocket fee.
- As Independent Optometrists, our office accepts a different set of insurances for Eye Exam services than Costco Optical for VISION MATERIALS (glasses frames, lenses, and contact lens supply).

Meet Dr. Michael Wong, O.D.
A Commitment to Quality Care
Dr. Michael Wong is the owner and primary doctor at The Wong Eye Clinic, an independent practice located inside the Manassas, VA Costco. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Wong is dedicated to providing comprehensive and unhurried eye exams.
He strongly believes that a great eye exam takes time, as well as, great listening and observational skills. The clinic utilizes the latest technology, including Optos Retinal Imaging, IPL Light Therapy for dry eye treatment, and Virtual Reality Visual Field Testing for glaucoma management, to ensure a thorough assessment of both your vision and overall eye health.
Dr. Wong was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, spoiling his Westie puppy Lucas, playing Hearthstone, and streaming Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Political Dramas.
Dr. Wong's clinic is completely independent of Costco Optical, ensuring you receive unbiased care focused solely on your health.
